What this website collects

If you join early access, we store your email address, selected service interest, the consent version you accepted, and the submission time. We use that information only for AI PC Rescue production release availability and related service updates. To slow automated abuse, the application converts the hosting source address into a keyed, one-way identifier. It does not store the raw address, and rate-limit rows are removed after their short hourly window.

Optional Evidence-Guided AI

The signed agent first performs its read-only checks on the computer. If you select the Evidence-Guided AI option, it sends the redacted check statuses and bounded evidence fields to AI PC Rescue for a one-time explanation. The service validates the report, applies its deterministic safety rules, and sends only that fixed assessment—not the diagnostic report—to OpenAI. Neither AI PC Rescue nor OpenAI can authorize or execute a repair through this explanation request.

The diagnostic report and model response are processed transiently and are not stored by AI PC Rescue. The OpenAI request disables model response storage. The hosting source address is converted into a keyed, one-way rate-limit and safety identifier; the raw address is not placed in the diagnostic report or stored in the application database.

What the agent does not upload

AI PC Rescue does not upload personal files, browser content, passwords, authentication codes, payment-card information, hardware serial numbers, device identifiers, command arguments, full file paths, or IP addresses inside the diagnostic report. If you do not select Evidence-Guided AI, the report remains local. Card details stay on Stripe's hosted pages. Rescue authorization uses server-owned entitlement and signed playbook records, not AI output.

Retention and removal

Early-access records are retained for no more than 366 days. Normal form activity removes older records automatically. A new registration places a private removal credential in that browser. To prevent someone else from deleting your entry, the form below works only in the browser that created it.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell early-access information. The data is processed by the hosting, database, OpenAI, Stripe, and Google Analytics services required to operate the feature you choose and measure this website. Diagnostic content is not used as an advertising profile.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure public page views and a small set of service-funnel events, such as an early-access registration, beginning hosted Checkout, or completing a verified purchase. The tag disables Google Signals, ad personalization, and advertising storage. Page URLs are reduced to their path: query strings and referrers are not sent. Safety-check answers, form values, email addresses, license keys, Stripe session identifiers, and diagnostic data are never sent to Analytics.

Analytics storage is denied by default in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Elsewhere, Analytics may use measurement cookies or similar identifiers. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Scope changes

Customer accounts, personal-file uploads, retained diagnostic storage, or remote-control service would require a new privacy notice and separate consent before being introduced.
